The following are several important aspects of our business. Please review so that we can be in better partnership with each other. 800 Casting - All our actors are required to have their profile activated on 800 Casting. It is your responsibility to update your resume online, upload photos and video clips, and pay the annual fee. This is an excellent way for us to get your information in front of casting directors and clients. Let it work for you!Photos/Resumes - It is imperative that we have current photos/resumes here in your file. Although so much is done electronically these days, photos are still requested for specific jobs. If we don’t have yours, you won’t be submitted. Vouchers/Production Reports - You fill out a voucher upon completion of every non-union job. It contains information used to bill the job correctly.· Production Company Information · Hours Worked · Mileage and Travel Time · Attach any relevant receipts Vouchers must be submitted to JTA within three (3) business days. If we do not receive a voucher within three days, we will bill a session fee only. Click this link to download a Voucher Form. VOUCHER SAG Contracts - When on a SAG job, complete the contract to have checks mailed to JTA. First and foremost, we must make sure you’ve been paid properly. If you don’t have an agent listed on the contract, the union will consider you an independent contractor. If there is a problem with payment, we cannot go to the paymaster on your behalf. In some cases, the 10% agent’s fee will be added on top of your base pay. If JTA is not listed as your agent on the contract, you pay your commission out of your pocket instead. Also, we need a copy of your check for our records to keep track of cycle dates, markets, etc. to determine if you are being paid appropriate residuals. It is never, ever in your best interest to have the checks sent to your own address. Commission - Commissions are to be sent to us within five (5) business days. Failure to pay commissions is a breach of your contract with us.Website - Check out our talent book on this website. If your current photo is not on the website please let us know.Inactive File - We don’t want to have an Inactive File. But unfortunately it’s where you go when we are forced to become inactive in our representation of you because we have not been supplied the marketing materials required: photos, resumes, tapes, etc. We can’t properly and effectively represent you without them.Thank you for taking the necessary time to review our needs in order to represent you to the best of our ability.
